GenoFAB, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates a family of websites www.genofab.com , www.genocad.com , www.genocam.com, and helixdefender.com (“our websites”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use any of our websites.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use your Personal Information for providing and improving our websites and the other purposes described herein. By using any of our websites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.

As provided in our Terms of Use, we may:

  • Monitor usage of our websites, including review of your workspace and materials created, stored and transferred in and via our websites.
  • Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
  • Disclose your identity or other information about you to any governmental body or agency who claims that you may be engaged in illegal activity on the site, including without limitation, utilizing the Website in connection with generation or facilitation of biological weapons or to transfer information in violation of import or export restrictions.
  • Take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

Do Not Track Disclosure

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our websites, to provide our websites on our behalf, to perform services related to our websites and/or to assist us in analyzing how our websites are used.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our websites. Our websites do not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 13, 2017 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
