Plasmid Linearization Services

We can linearize a previously prepared solution of the plasmids we are managing for your team.

  • GenoFAB URL: Use this field to specify the plasmid you need to get purified. Use the URL of the plasmid solution in your GenoFAB account. It should look something like https://app.genofab.com/catalog/entries/12345. Leave this field empty if the solution is not yet available.
  • Scale: This corresponds to the volume of bacterial culture used to purify the plasmid. The quantities indicated are for high-copy number plasmids. Different plasmids have different yields. 
  • Format: We can deliver linearized plasmid solution desiccated or in solution at 500 ng/ul. Plasmids can be eluted in DNA-free water or Tris EDTA. 
  • Turnaround time: The default option is three business days. Choose the Expedited option for time-sensitive projects. See the table below for delivery schedules.
  • Instructions: Use this field to indicate one or two restriction enzymes we should use to linearize the plasmid.

The order cutoff time is 2 pm Mountain time.

All orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air service.
